We had the unique opportunity to help realign the global strengths of Baxter's clinical and marketing efforts within the peritoneal dialysis brand. This has involved a revitalization of the PD brand through the strategic analysis of the market and key target audiences for 12 different countries. Our work with all levels of global, regional, and country marketing, medical, and product team members was essential in redefining the strengths of this global brand.
